I am dedicated to teaching, creating, and inspiring others through food.  I am unapologetically simple in my approach and am most inspired by the producers, local and small, that bring their blood, sweat, and tears to the product I have the honor of showcasing on the plate. 

Most recently I launched Intermission, a project that aims to explore and redefine what it means to be a chef in today’s world. Pausing from the conventional, Intermission’s focus shifts to collaborating alongside likeminded individuals and communities that are pioneering a new approach.
